Items that are ready for delivery will be posted within 1-2 working days.

The price of postage includes packaging costs. Trees will be double boxed; packing peanuts to keep your tree(s) in place with larger trees getting secured at the base with shrink wrap or paper and tape, and a filling of packing peanuts or reused protective packaging in between the inner and outer box for protection.  Packing chips are eco friendly (100% starch) and biodegradable/compostable. Paper tape is used to seal up the boxes - this does not need to be removed if recycling your boxes.

Prices are inclusive of packaging and insurance costs. All orders will require a signature upon delivery and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been posted.
