Items will be sent to the address you have specified at checkout so please ensure this is accurate and up to date. 

Items that are ready for delivery will be posted within 1-2 working days.

The price of postage includes packaging costs. Trees will be double boxed; packing peanuts to keep your tree(s) in place with larger trees getting secured at the base with shrink wrap or paper and tape, and a filling of packing peanuts or reused protective packaging in between the inner and outer box for protection.  Packing chips are eco friendly (100% starch) and biodegradable/compostable. Paper tape is used to seal up the boxes - this does not need to be removed if recycling your boxes.

Prices for all other countries will be calculated at checkout if shipping is available. If not, please get in touch and I can implement this for you if possible. Unfortunately, due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirement, shipping of items listed after 2024 to EU countries will not be available. If it becomes viable for sole traders and small business in the future it will of course be an option again.
Please be aware you may be subject to, and responsible for any import charges and customs fees once it reaches your country. Twysted Roots is not responsible for paying these additional charges or for any delays due to customs. It is recommended you contact your local Customs office if you require any additional information.

US buyers please note re tariffs, original sculptures are exempt so you can expect no further charges upon arrival in the US.
