Materials:  Glass dome with wood base, ribbon, silver coloured angel charm, dark silver star charm

 

Care instructions: It's glass so don't play football(or any other game that involves kicking or hitting) with it or stand on it to see if it'll hold your weight. It won't.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving for any reason. This does not apply to custom orders which are only refundable if faulty.  Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.  A full refund will be given within 14 days of the returned item being received, or evidence that it has been returned. For this purpose, it is highly recommended you acquire proof of postage.

 

In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return within 7 days of receipt and I will send the correct item free of charge. In this instance return costs will also be covered.

Postage

Items will be securely packaged. The item will be sent to the address stated upon checkout when payment is received so please ensure this is accurate and up to date. 

 

Items that are ready for delivery will be posted within 1-2 business days.

 

Your bead and wire tree will be sent tracked and require a signature on delivery

Twysted Roots is not responsible for paying these additional charges, or for any delays due to customs. It is recommended you contact your local Customs office if you require any additional information. 

 

Once the item has been posted I will provide a tracking number via email.

I reserve the right to photograph all / any of my trees during and after completion in order to add to my portfolio and for use of display purposes online to showcase previous works.
