Materials: Glass seed beads, tarnish resistant gunmetal and supa champagne coloured copper wire, slate base, adhesive

Supa wire is silver coated then coloured

Care instructions: For ornamental use only. Copper wire is soft and can be bent easily - branches can be adjusted but bending back and forth repeatedly can cause the wire to weaken and it may snap.

All the items on this website have been photographed and displayed as accurately as possible. Colour may vary slightly due to different screen/monitor settings.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving for any reason. This does not apply to custom orders which are only refundable if faulty.  Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.  A full refund will be given within 14 days of the returned item being received, or evidence that it has been returned. For this purpose, it is highly recommended you acquire proof of postage.

 

In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return within 7 days of receipt and I will send the correct item free of charge. In this instance return costs will also be covered.

Items will be securely packaged using reused, recycled or recyclable materials. The item will be sent to the address given at checkout when payment is received so please ensure this is accurate and up to date. 

Your bead and wire tree will require a signature upon delivery, and a tracking number will be sent via email once your tree(s) have been posted.

 

Items that are ready for delivery will be posted within 1-2 business days.

Twysted Roots is not responsible for paying these additional charges, or for any delays due to customs. It is recommended you contact your local Customs office if you require any additional information.

I reserve the right to photograph all / any of my trees during and after completion in order to add to my portfolio and for use of display purposes online to showcase previous works.
