Please contact me should you wish to resolve any issues with your order; I will always do everything I can to resolve this with you promptly.

 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving for any reason. This does not apply to custom orders which are only refundable if faulty.  Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.  A full refund will be given within 14 days of the returned item being received, or evidence that it has been returned. For this purpose, it is highly recommended you acquire proof of postage.

 

In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return within 7 days of receipt and I will send the correct item free of charge. In this instance return costs will also be covered.

Items will be securely packaged using reused, recycled or recyclable materials. The item will be sent to the address given at checkout when payment is received so please ensure this is accurate and up to date. 

Your bead and wire tree will require a signature upon delivery, and a tracking number will be sent via email once your tree(s) have been posted.

 

Items that are ready for delivery will be posted within 1-2 business days.

Please be aware you may be subject to, and responsible for any import charges once it reaches your country. Twysted Roots is not responsible for paying these additional charges, or for any delays due to customs. It is recommended you contact your local Customs office if you require any additional information.

I will only use your contact information to communicate with you about your order and to fulfill your order. I will not share your information with any third party other than as necessary to fulfil your order e.g. to post your order.

 

I reserve the right to photograph all / any of my trees during and after completion in order to add to my portfolio and for use of display purposes online to showcase previous works.
